Important - Prescription and Appointment System
We have an Online Services facility (Patient Services) which enables patients to order repeat prescriptions and manage appointments online. You can download the form for registering for Patient Services here. Please then return the form to the practice in person along with a valid form of identification, for example photo ID or your passport. You can also collect a form from reception.
Once we have processed your request, you will receive an e-mail with your log in details, please ensure you check your junk mail folder. Please be aware that the registration process is not instantaneous. We will try to act on your requests as quickly as we can. We are grateful for your patience and understanding.
Booking appointments online has been suspended until further notice.
If you have already registered for online prescriptions, then please click here to order your prescription.
Repeat Prescriptions
We operate a computerised repeat prescription system. If your doctor agrees, you may order some prescriptions without being seen. Please post your re-order request (right hand side of your prescription) in the box provided in the foyer, or at the front door if we are closed, or hand in at your local pharmacy. We also have an online ordering system you can register for by filling in a patient services form available to download or collect from reception.
You must allow at least 3 working days for the processing of your prescription, and these will be forwarded to the local pharmacy of your choice.
If you are due a medication review, you may be advised to arrange a telephone consultation with a clinician.
Please order your repeat medication only as needed and if you no longer take any of your medicines please let us know.

Are you on long term repeat prescriptions and want to save time ordering?
We're working with community pharmacies to help people get their prescriptions at the best time for them. If you are prescribed repeat medicines you may be able to have a "serial prescription", if your doctor thinks this is suitable for you.
A serial prescription means you can get your repeat medicines straight from a pharmacy without having to order a prescription from your doctor beforehand.
How do I register for this service?
You can register at any time at any pharmacy. It's a good idea to register with the pharmacy that you normally go to as the pharmacist there will know you and what medicines you take.

If you have any queries please contact your local pharmacy.

If you are due to renew your contraceptive pill prescription but require a review, you can now complete the attached form from home if you have a blood pressure monitor.
If you do not have a blood pressure monitor at home you can use the monitor provided by the Practice situated in the foyer.
